Prior to co-founding PDX Investment Properties in 2010, Brian worked as an apartment and investment broker for 8 years with Norris & Stevens Inc. Norris & Stevens is one of the largest commercial brokerage & management companies in the Northwest. There he closed over 200 transactions totaling $500 million in investment property to both private and institutional investors. All together he has over 19 years experience and has sold over 3500 apartment units in addition to other commercial property sales. He was a top producing broker year in and year out achieving multiple awards for sales and performance. Prior to working as a Real Estate Broker, Mr. Tracy worked as a personal banker for Wells Fargo. In his 5 years with Wells Fargo, Brian was responsible for signing a fortune 500 company with over $100M in annual sales. He also established a large hispanic clientele as he is fluent in Spanish.
